Best reception

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted very quickly at reception. My room was very clean, cleaned daily, and my pillowcases and bed linens were changed every day. On the second day of my stay, I called reception to complain about loud noise coming from the next room, but the problem couldn't be resolved. The receptionist offered to change my room, and I was very pleased with the quick solution and approach, even though it was late at night. I would confidently return to this hotel.

Home from Home Comforts

This is a hotel I have stayed a number of times and I have never had anything but a relaxing stay with staff who show care and courtesy and always willing to help without any hesitation. The hotel itself is in a nice location and easy to reach. Breakfast selection is excellent and plentyful with staff to help any needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Belgrade
